Built for basketball coaches, parents and fans

Call the play out loud. The box score keeps itself.

Hold the button, say what happened, and let go. Voice Stats turns "number twenty-three, three points" into a basketball box score while the game is still running. Keep your eyes on the court, not on a tablet.

Keep score and still watch the game

Somebody has to keep the book, and it is usually a parent who volunteered. With a tablet, that means staring at a screen all game. With Voice Stats, you watch the play and call it like a commentator.

Eyes on the court

No grid to tap and no screen to watch. See the shot go in, say it, and keep watching your kid play.

Call it like you see it

"Twenty-three, three points." "Dave, rebound." Say the play the way a commentator would, and the box score fills itself in.

Anyone can keep the book

Coaches, volunteer scorekeepers, parents in the stands and fans who want the numbers. If you can talk, you can keep stats.

Three steps, then watch the game

Set the roster up once. Everything after that happens by voice.

1

Add your team

Names and numbers. Record how you actually say each name so the app hears it the way you say it.

2

Hold and talk

One button, all game. Twos, threes, free throws, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls, subs, quarters and timeouts — all by voice.

3

Read the box score

The summary is ready the moment the game ends. Review anything the app was unsure of in one pass.

Made for a real basketball gym

Squeaking shoes, a loud crowd, dead spots and a phone in one hand — the conditions the app was designed around.

Speech stays on your phone

Recognition runs on the device itself. Nothing is streamed to a server to be transcribed, so it works the same whether the connection is good, bad or gone.

Works with no signal

Record a whole game with the bars at zero. Everything is stored on the device and syncs on its own the moment you reconnect.

It learns your roster

Record a nickname the way you shout it and the app matches on sound, not spelling — so unusual names land as reliably as common ones.

Fix it later, not now

Anything the app was not certain about is queued for review instead of guessing. Clear the queue after the buzzer in a couple of minutes.

One plan, everything included

No per-team pricing, no seat counting, no season minimum. Keep stats for as many basketball teams as you like.

Questions

Does it need an internet connection?

Only to sign in and to sync. Speech recognition runs on your device, so a full game can be recorded with no signal at all and uploads itself once you are back in range.

Is my audio sent anywhere?

No. Recognition happens in the browser on your own phone. The stats it produces are what gets saved — the audio never leaves the device.

What if it mishears something?

Anything it was not confident about goes to a review queue rather than into the box score. You can also correct the score by voice mid-game, and edit any game afterwards.

Do I need a headset?

We strongly recommend one. A phone mic held at arm's length hears the whole gym, while a headset mic sits next to your mouth and hears your stat calls. See recommended headsets.

Do I need to install an app?

No. It runs in the browser and can be added to your home screen, where it behaves like an installed app — including offline.

How do I cancel?

From the plans screen in the app, which opens your billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
